Before the Event

• Children must wear full school uniform.


• Please ensure they have a warm coat.


• A long‑sleeved top under their uniform is advised (the Ice Arena is cold).


• Send a disposable picnic tea in plastic bags only
  
  No lunch boxes or containers, please.


• Water only for drinks.

Travel to the Arena

• Children will leave school at 1:20pm.


• They will travel to Blackburn Ice Arena by coach.


• Afternoon will include rehearsals and time to eat their picnic tea.

End of the Performance & Collection

• The performance finishes at 7:10pm.


• There is NO return coach – children must be collected from the arena.


• Pickup point location:

• See the attached picture for the exact pickup point.


• Please ensure Miss Duerden or Mrs McMillan has seen you before taking your child home.


• The Ice Arena car park is closed to the public, so please plan ahead.
