Dear Parents/Carers
As a special treat to celebrate our Year 6 children completing their SATs, we are taking them to Outdoor Elements Activity Centre in Simonstone on Friday 22nd May. They will take part in various outdoor activities and have fun with their friends. There will be a charge of £20 for this trip, the remaining cost will be funded by school. We are offering the opportunity for this to be paid in 2 X £10 instalments, should you wish. All payments need to be made on ParentPay.
On the day, please ensure that your child comes to school dressed in outdoor clothing and wearing sensible footwear. If it is forecast sunshine, please ensure sun-cream is applied as we will be outside all day. The children will come to school at normal time and a coach will take them to the venue. In order to make the most of the activities available, children will return to school at the later time of 4.30pm.
Children who are entitled to FSM will be provided with a school packed lunch on the day. Other children will need their own packed lunch in a disposable bag with their name written on it.

محترم والدین/سرپرست حضرات،
Year 6 کے بچوں کی SATs مکمل ہونے کی خوشی میں، ہم انہیں جمعہ 22 مئی کو Outdoor Elements Activity Centre, Simonstone لے جا رہے ہیں۔ وہاں بچے مختلف آؤٹ ڈور سرگرمیوں میں حصہ لیں گے اور اپنے دوستوں کے ساتھ لطف اندوز ہوں گے۔ اس سفر کی لاگت £20 ہے، باقی خرچ اسکول برداشت کرے گا۔ اگر آپ چاہیں تو یہ رقم £10 کی دو اقساط میں ادا کی جا سکتی ہے۔
اس دن براہِ کرم یہ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کا بچہ آؤٹ ڈور سرگرمیوں کے مطابق کپڑے اور مناسب جوتے پہن کر اسکول آئے۔ اگر موسم گرم متوقع ہو تو براہِ کرم بچوں پر سن اسکرین لگا کر بھیجیں، کیونکہ وہ سارا دن باہر ہوں گے۔ بچے معمول کے وقت پر اسکول آئیں گے اور وہاں سے کوچ انہیں مقامِ سرگرمی تک لے جائے گی۔ سرگرمیوں کا زیادہ سے زیادہ فائدہ اٹھانے کے لیے، بچوں کی واپسی کا وقت معمول سے دیر میں یعنی 4:30 شام ہوگا۔
FSM (Free School Meals) کے مستحق بچوں کو اسکول کی طرف سے پیکڈ لنچ فراہم کیا جائے گا۔ دیگر بچوں کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنا پیکڈ لنچ نام درج شدہ قابلِ تلف بیگ میں ساتھ لائیں۔
