Dear Parent/Guardian,

As part of our upcoming Water Cycle topic in Year 4, we have organised an exciting and interactive river table visit to Stanhill Methodist Church, Nab Lane, Oswaldtwistle.

The visit will take place on Wednesday 13th May 2026. Each class will attend separately during the morning.

The purpose of this practical, hands-on session is to help children learn about river conservation. They will explore topics such as wetlands, habitat improvement, and river restoration, supporting their understanding of environmental responsibility.

The first class will leave school shortly after the morning register and travel to and from the venue by coach. They will return for the morning break and then the second class will go and return to school in time for lunch, which will be eaten in the school hall as normal.

School uniform should be worn.

There is no cost for this visit, and all children will be fully supervised by the Year 4 staff throughout the trip.

سال 4 میں ہمارے آنے والے واٹر سائیکل کے موضوع کے حصے کے طور پر، ہم نے اسٹین ہل میتھوڈسٹ چرچ، ناب لین، اوسوَلڈ ٹوِسل میں ایک دلچسپ اور عملی ریور ٹیبل وزٹ کا انتظام کیا ہے۔
یہ دورہ بدھ 13 مئی 2026ء کو ہوگا۔ ہر کلاس صبح کے دوران الگ الگ وقت میں شرکت کرے گی۔
اس عملی اور ہاتھوں سے سیکھنے والے سیشن کا مقصد بچوں کو دریاؤں کے تحفظ کے بارے میں سکھانا ہے۔ بچے ویٹ لینڈز (دلدلی علاقے)، قدرتی مساکن کی بہتری، اور دریا کی بحالی جیسے موضوعات کا مشاہدہ کریں گے، جس سے ماحول کے بارے میں ان کی ذمہ داری کا احساس مضبوط ہوگا۔
پہلی کلاس صبح کے رجسٹر کے فوراً بعد اسکول سے روانہ ہوگی اور کوچ کے ذریعے مقام تک جائے گی اور واپس آئے گی۔ وہ صبح کے وقفے سے پہلے اسکول واپس آ جائیں گے۔ اس کے بعد دوسری کلاس جائے گی اور وہ بھی لنچ کے وقت سے پہلے اسکول واپس پہنچ جائے گی۔ دوپہر کا کھانا معمول کے مطابق اسکول ہال میں کھایا جائے گا۔
