Nursery Admissions

If you would like your child to attend our nursery, please see full details of our admission arrangements below.

Admission to Intack Nursery (for children aged 3 to 4):

The Nursery offers free part-time places for children the term after they have reached their 3rd birthday. We offer 15 hours per week; these can be taken as 5 morning or 5 afternoon sessions. Please put names on the waiting list for Nursery when your child is two.

We now offer extra sessions, which parents can pay for. Each session costs £15, so a full week would be £75. Please ask at the office if you require further information.

School also supports the free 30 hours, for those who are eligible for this.  Please see the Government website for further information and how to apply. If you receive an eligibility code, you must provide this to school so we are able to check it is valid. You must apply for a code by the end of the month before a new term starts. For example, if the term starts on 1 September you must apply by 31 August.

Should you wish to apply for a place for your child in our nursery, please apply online using the following link:

Alternatively, you can collect an admissions form from the school office and return it as soon as possible. In order to be compliant with the statutory guidance, we have a limit on how many places we are able to offer and places are offered on a first come, first served basis. If there are no places available, at your request, we can keep your child on a waiting list and allocate a place to them, again on a first come, first served basis if a place becomes available at a later date.

Whilst we hope that children attending Intack Nursery will move on to Intack Primary School, under current government legislation, we cannot guarantee a place and therefore, you will still need to apply for a school place in line with the admissions policy.
