In Nursery, we have been learning about Vincent van Gogh and we have explored his artwork. Van Gogh believed that “mark making is at the root of everything,” and in Nursery, we couldn’t agree more!

We looked closely at a range of his famous pieces and used them as inspiration to recreate our own versions. Our little artists experimented with mark making, colours, textures, and different tools and media, just like van Gogh did.

The children worked incredibly hard and truly wowed us with their creativity and talent. We are so proud of their fantastic efforts and the beautiful artwork they have produced.
