During our Design and Technology learning, we explored different types of fruit by taking part in a fruit tasting activity. We used our senses to describe the taste, texture, and smell of each fruit, and talked about which ones we liked best.

After this, we designed our own fruit kebabs. We carefully chose the fruits we wanted to use and thought about how to make our kebabs colourful and appealing. We then made our fruit kebabs, practising our cutting and assembling skills safely.

Finally, we evaluated our creations. We talked about what we liked about our fruit kebabs and what we might change next time to make them even better.
