English, we are learning about narrative stories and persuasion texts. Our work will be based on Meerkat Mail. We will be finding out all about the setting and then writing our own, setting descriptions and our own animal stories. We’ll also be learning what persuasion texts are and using our learning to help us write travel guides.

Maths, we will be learning more about shape, and begin to learn about multiplication and division.

Science, we will be learning about animals, including humans. 

We will also continue our learning in daily phonics and guided reading sessions and PSHE, RE and PE every week. We will also have Geography, DT, Music and Computing lessons this half-term. Please see our yearly overview for the topics covered this half-term.
