A very magical Week! Each day, the children explored a tuff tray inspired by a different familiar story, including The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Jack and the Beanstalk, Whatever Next, and The Tiger Who Came to Tea. Tuff trays are a fantastic learning tool as they encourage children to explore stories through play. They help develop imagination, language skills, problem-solving, and collaboration, while allowing children to retell stories, create their own ideas, and engage in sensory experiences.
Towards the end of the week, the children worked together to bake scones and we were delighted to invite a very special guest — the Tiger Who Came to Tea! This was a wonderful opportunity to link storytelling with real-life experiences and teamwork.
At the very end of the week, we all came dressed up as our favourite book characters. It was a wonderful and very creative week!
