This week we have started learning all about our classroom name, Ducklings! We have explored what ducklings are, their features and where they live. The children have been learning lots of new vocabulary and developing their understanding of the world around them.

Learning about our classroom name helps the children to develop a sense of identity and belonging within our Nursery family. To make our learning even more exciting, I hid little ducklings around the classroom for the children to find and take home. They absolutely loved this activity, and it sparked lots of discussion and curiosity!

To finish the week, we worked together as a team to create a giant pond collage using a range of different materials. The children showed fantastic creativity and teamwork, and they were very proud of the finished result. 💛
