Our Nursery children had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day!

Many of the children came to school dressed as their favourite book characters, and it was wonderful to see so many imaginative costumes. We were especially amazed by a fantastic homemade Hungry Caterpillar costume, which was a real masterpiece! The creativity and effort that went into making it truly impressed us all.

The fun didn't stop there—our teachers joined in the celebrations too by dressing up as book characters, making the day even more exciting for the children.

Throughout the day, we enjoyed sharing our favourite stories, looking at lots of wonderful books, and talking about the characters and adventures we love. Reading together sparked lots of smiles, conversations, and excitement as we celebrated the joy of books and storytelling.

A huge thank you to all our families for helping to make World Book Day such a memorable occasion. It was a wonderful celebration of reading, imagination, and creativity, and we hope it has inspired our children to continue enjoying books at home and at school!
