  • Parents Evening

    Thank you to all the Parents and Carers who attended Parents Evening. This is such an important chance for us to work together and share with you your children' s success and areas to work on, their next steps.

    Parent questionnaires were given out and Mrs. Hamriding was walking the corridors with an ipad to tell Parents and Carers about voicing their opinions of how well we are doing. online.

    Miss. John held a presentation in the hall, with the help of our E Safety team, all about the work we are doing and being safe online. See the review in the E Safety area and thank you to our Year 6 team!

  • Visit from a local Building Company and a Giant Squirrel

    We have had visitors in school, including a large Squirrel!

    Representatives from a building company, building in the area, came into school to give the children a safety talk. It was a strange start to a Monday morning but the safety message was very important and the children listened and responded well to the messages about how to keep safe in the local area.                                    

  • Children In Need Day

    Children and Staff have come in non-uniform, some dressed with Pudsey ears, t-shirts and spotty faces. We are celebrating with events, activities and storytelling. We raised £150 last year so this year we have set a target of £200.
  • Remembrance

    Wed 11 Nov 2015
    We held a minutes silence during assembly. We had a visitor from the Library Service who talked to the Year 6 children about the Battle of the Somme and the brave soldiers. Creative lessons took place around school throughout the day.
