• Sleeps 'til Santa

  In the last newsletter before Christmas we informed you that on the 7th December ‘The Bee’ radio came to school and worked with our Choir to record a jingle for their countdown to Christmas feature ‘Sleeps ‘til Santa’.  The jingle was played on the radio on the 20th December. We are proud of our Choir and pleased that we had the opportunity to take part in the experience. • Christmas Jumper Day

  All the Children and Staff raised money for 'Save the Children' by wearing their Christmas jumpers and donating to the charity. We had a great end of term assembly. Merry Christmas everyone!

  

• Christmas Fair

  Our Christmas Fair was well attended and the PTFA did a wonderful job of organising and raising funds for school. Thank you to all who helped and those who contributed to prizes for the raffle.

• The Choir to sing on The Bee!

  On Monday 7th December, staff from 'The Bee' radio station will visit school to work with our choir. They will be creating a jingle for the radio as part of the Christmas feature 'Sleeps 'til Santa'. It is planned our jingle will be played on the 20th. Tune in to listen to our Choir on the radio!!!

• Panto!

  All the Children experienced a live Panto performance. Everybody joined in. Storytelling is a focus within school and this performance brought storytelling to life. We enjoyed the Panto... Oh yes we did! 

  

• Year 4 Greek Day

  Year 4 experienced an ' Ancient Greek day'. They dressed as Greeks, tasted Greek food and found  out about the culture. Activities around school linked with the theme. An enjoyable day was had by all.
